Resonate Groups

You aren't meant to do life alone

Resonate Groups help our church family connect in real relationships and community and grow beyond what happens in the building on Sunday morning.

Despite making Sundays 'a long deep breath', our worship gathering don't give us a lot of time to go deeper in our friendships and our faith. Groups create another space for you to take your time to connect with other and explore how God is leading you to grow.

Resonate Groups typically meet in homes, to eat, share and pray together. Our groups typically focus their sharing around a scripture, a recent sermon, or a question about spiritual life. To make room for our busy lives.

Resonate Groups FAQs

How man people are usually there?

We like to keep our groups accessible, which means keeping them on the smaller side. They range 6-12 people (3-8) families.

What about kids?

Each group has a different approach to childcare. Some groups have babysitters. Others hand out devices. If you have littles, you may want to procure your own babysitter so that you can relax and be fully present.

What about singles?

We have several singles involved at Resonate. We work hard to make sure everyone and every family situation is welcome.

What if I'm not sure yet?

We get it. Joining a small group can be a little intimidating and you may not be ready for that commitment. No worries. You’re more than welcome to try out a group and move on if it isn’t your thing. And don’t worry our people won’t think it’s weird either. They also know what it is like to be new.

What happens at a Resonate Group?

Amazing things. Lives change. Friends are forged. Faith becomes real. But you’re probably looking for something more practical.

Each group gathers around a community element. For our evening groups this is a meal. This is the glue for our groups. After the meal, we talk about a scripture, a recent sermon, or a question about life.

How long are Resonate Groups?

Most of our groups are under 2 hours.
