I pray that what I have will bring glory to Christ and life to others.
Background:
Magi weren’t kings, but they were wealthy. So was Herod. We see in their exchange two paths for our wealth, possession, reputation, and wisdom. The Magi brought gifts to honor the newborn Savior. Herod used his resources in lift himself up. The Magi brought hope to others. Herod brought only fear.
